REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. MANAGEMENT agrees to refund the security deposit to RESIDENT upon satisfaction of all lease provisions, and all of the following conditions, or as otherwise required by applicable Virginia Law.

Unless otherwise expressly provided herein or agreed by the parties, Tenant must give Landlord at least 30 days written notice of surrender before Landlord is obligated to refund or account for the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be accounted for and refunded (if any refund is due) to the name of Tenant as it appears on this Lease. If “Tenant” is more than one, then all such persons will be named as payees.

REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. After expiration of the maintenance period, provided always that the contractor shall first have been paid final bill and have rendered a "No Demand" certificate, the security deposit mentioned shall be released after satisfactory completion of the maintenance period of the work duly verified by Site In charge. The maintenance period of work is 3 months from the date of actual completion of work.
REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. The initial or contract deposit of 5 % shall be refunded to the Contractor upon satisfactory testing & commissioning of the equipments unless the Chief Engineer is of the opinion that in order to safeguard against defects and pending claims against the contractors, it is necessary to retain more than the amount retained as retention money.
